According to Allan Nawal of Inquirer Mindoro, former House Speaker Prospero Nograles will consider voting for Davao City mayor Rodrigo Duterte.
Mr. Nograles ran twice and lost twice against Mr. Duterte in 1992 and 1998, a lot has claimed that he was a BITTER rival.

Its amazing to hear that Nograles will surely vote for Duterte, “It is considered a sin in a locality not to support somebody who would represent the area in national elections,” Nograles said.
Nograles also conveyed that, “Politics is never personal but is about issues, beliefs, programs and purpose. Davao must be united against others. Rivalry is purely local,”
Duterte has not officially declared jumping into the bandwagon for the presidential race, but if a "bitter" rival decides to support him. It will make you think twice of what kind of politician Duterte is.
