Adam Jones is a Chef who destroyed his career with drugs and diva behavior. He cleans up and returns to London, determined to redeem himself by spearheading a top restaurant that can gain three Michelin stars.
Inspectors from Michelin Guides submit their reviews to a series of annual guide books of prestigious restaurants and hotels, published by the French company Michelin for more than one hundred years. Michelin reviewers ("inspectors") are completely anonymous; they do not identify themselves, and their meals and expenses are paid for by the company founded by the Michelin brothers, never by a restaurant being reviewed.
